Terms of Service

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms of Service") carefully before using any products or services (collectively, the "Services") operated by SuegoFaults (also referred to as "Suego", "Suegonians", "Staticpast", or "Static"), including but not limited to our Minecraft server, website, Discord server, applications, and social media platforms.

By accessing or using any of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our Services.

1. Definitions

  • Account means any account you create to access the Services.
  • Services means the SuegoFaults Minecraft server, website, Discord server, applications, and related offerings.
  • User Content means any content you create, upload, or transmit through the Services, including in-game builds, chat messages, images, text, or other contributions.
  • SuegoFaults refers to the SuegoFaults community operated by Staticpast LTD and any affiliated entities.

2. Membership Application and Eligibility

2.1 Access to the Services requires successful completion of a membership application.

2.2 SuegoFaults reserves the right to approve or deny applications at its discretion. Decisions will not be made on the basis of protected characteristics under the Equality Act 2010.

2.3 We may request additional information during the application process. Providing false or misleading information may result in rejection or termination.

2.4 Approval grants a revocable membership that may be withdrawn in accordance with these Terms.

2.5 You must be at least 18 years old to apply for or use the Services. We take reasonable steps to verify age but do not guarantee absolute verification accuracy.

3. Account Responsibilities

3.1 You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

3.2 Accounts are for individual use only and may not be shared.

3.3 You are responsible for all activity and User Content associated with your account.

4. Community Conduct

4.1 SuegoFaults is a community-focused Minecraft environment that prioritises respectful and inclusive interaction.

4.2 You may not use the Services for any unlawful purpose.

4.3 Harassment, hate speech, griefing, or disruptive behaviour is prohibited.

4.4 All participation must comply with our published rules, which form part of these Terms.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Use cheats, exploits, or unauthorised modifications
  • Use bots or automated tools
  • Attempt unauthorised access
  • Disrupt or attack the Services
  • Exploit the Services commercially
  • Infringe intellectual property rights
  • Engage in harmful or offensive activities

6. Intellectual Property and User Content

6.1 You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights in User Content you create.

6.2 By submitting User Content, you grant SuegoFaults a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sublicensable licence to host, store, use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, display, distribute, archive, and preserve such content for the operation, moderation, promotion, and historical documentation of the Services.

6.3 This licence continues after account termination where reasonably necessary for community integrity and record-keeping.

6.4 You may share content based on your experiences provided you:

  • Attribute SuegoFaults where reasonable
  • Do not imply endorsement without permission
  • Follow our content guidelines

6.5 Server software, configurations, mechanics, branding, and systems remain the property of SuegoFaults or its licensors.

6.6 You confirm you have the rights to submit any User Content and that it does not infringe third-party rights.

7. Contributions and Donations

7.1 Financial contributions are voluntary and non-refundable.

7.2 Contributions do not provide gameplay advantages.

7.3 Cosmetic or community perks may be offered at our discretion without guarantee.

8. Termination

8.1 We may suspend or terminate access at any time, including immediately for serious or repeated breaches or where necessary to protect the community.

8.2 Termination may result in loss of access to your account and content.

8.3 Sections intended to survive termination shall remain in effect.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, SuegoFaults is not liable for losses arising from use of the Services, including data loss, service interruptions, or actions of other users.

9.2 The Services are provided as a community-based, non-commercial Minecraft environment, and participation is at your own risk.

9.3 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under English law.

9.4 Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind.

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1 Please contact admin@suegofaults.com to attempt informal resolution.

11.2 Allow up to 30 days for resolution unless urgent relief is required.

11.3 Alternative dispute resolution or arbitration may be used by mutual agreement only.

11.4 The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.

12. Force Majeure

Neither party is liable for failure due to events beyond reasonable control.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and SuegoFaults.
